Our Bed Bug Control Process
Identifying the bed bugs in your house is the first step in our bed bug control service. Most homeowners call us when they have seen signs of a bed bug infestation in their home, but other pests can be mistaken for bed bugs; we like to be certain so that we don’t perform any unnecessary treatments.
Furthermore, performing an inspection allows us to understand how large and widespread your infestation is. If it is caught early, it may still be confined to one room, whereas a larger infestation that has been around for longer may have spread throughout your house.
During our inspection, we’ll take a detailed look around your house, looking for any or all of the following signs of a bed bug infestation:
- Active bed bugs
- Blood spots on sheets, blankets, or furniture
- Bed bug skin casings
- Fecal stains on sheets, blankets, or furniture
- Bed bug eggs
We use a few different types of products to eliminate your bed bug infestation. We’ll spray where we found bed bug activity and will treat wall voids, wall sockets, cracks and crevices, and other areas where bed bugs may hide.
Our treatments are available on a room-by-room basis or as a whole house treatment. We’ll make a recommendation about what will be best for your home after we perform our inspection.
We also offer mattress encasement purchases. We’ll install these around your mattresses to prevent any bed bugs that might be hidden inside from getting out, as well as to keep other bed bugs from getting into your mattress.
Our bed bug control treatment includes a 30-day guarantee. If you find bed bugs within the treated areas during the 30 days following our treatment, we will return to re-treat at no additional charge.
If you purchased our mattress encasements, we extend this guarantee to 90 days.
