Q. What is your pest control service and what frequency do you recommend?


A. Our pest control service will solve any current pest issues within your home or business as well as prevent it from future infestations. Your service begins with a comprehensive Initial Service (or 'first') treatment and evaluation, and is followed up with regularly scheduled visits that include both inspection and a targeted preventive treatment.


Service frequency is tailored to meet your needs depending on the target pest(s), climate, your property's surrounding environment and more. We provide Monthly, Bi-Monthly (every other month) and Quarterly pest control services.


Q. What makes your service "Green"?


A. We follow an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) service model, which focuses on prevention methods as well as a more targeted application of higher quality, reduced toxicity products. We don't do one-size-fits-all pest control; we tailor each service to meet individual needs.


Q. Do you use natural and/or organic pest control products?


A. We use a great combination of natural, botanical and mineral based products as well as cutting edge, synthetic biodegradable products that target specific pests. Three of the best natural insecticides we use include pyrethrin (derived from chrysanthemum flowers), diatomaceous earth (fossilized seashell particulates), and borates (a heavy duty salt).


Q. I'm pregnant or my child has a condition, can you still do a treatment?


A. Yes, we can still provide pest control services for you and your family as most of our interior treatments are done with products that don't require you to leave the area. Our pest control technicians may ask you or your child to leave the room during treatment for health considerations, but all of our pest control technicians are trained in the proper and safe use of pesticides for your protection.


Q. After the Initial Service, do we have to be home for our regular scheduled services?


A. No, the majority of our customers receive service while they are at work or away from home. Regular services are conducted on the exterior of your home. These services create a protective barrier, keeping pests from entering the structure.


Q. Will the same technician be assigned to my property?


A. You will be assigned the same technician who will get to know you and your property. When your technician is sick or on vacation, you may occasionally have a different technician.


Q. What happens if for some reason my technician is unable to service the backyard?


A. If your technician is unable to access the backyard, he or she will service the front yard and leave a written explanation of what took place. The customer is responsible for scheduling another appointment for the backyard to be serviced, which will be done at no charge.


Q. How do I know that service was performed if I'm not at home?


A. After completing your pest control service, your technician will leave your payment invoice as well as a self-addressed envelope on your door. Be sure that your spouse, children, and others living in your home, know where to put these items should they return home before you.


Q. If I don't see any pests, can I skip a service?


A. Remember, "when we do our best job there is nothing there for you to see". For us to maintain control, we must perform all of your services.


Q. What happens if pests get inside after my service has started?


A. Your service is 100% guaranteed! Simply call the office and a representative will schedule an appointment to re-service the problem areas of your home at no charge.


Q. Can you spray during the rainy season?


A. Yes, we can spray during the rainy season. This however depends on how much rain or runoff is on your property. Each time your technician services your home he or she will use materials designed specifically for that day's weather. We have various products that are designed for very wet environments. Your certified technician is trained for every circumstance and will determine if a treatment would be appropriate at the time of your service.


Q. What do I do if I'm not satisfied with my pest control service?


A. Communication is the key. If we don't hear from you, we assume that service is being performed to your satisfaction. If at any time you are unhappy with service results, please call and explain the problem so we can resolve the issue and serve you better in the future.
